Kitsap County now has 104 total confirmed cases of COVID-19, against 1,840 negative results according to a Sunday update from the Kitsap Public Health District. A total of 1,944 residents have been tested, resulting in a five percent positive rate. No deaths have been reported by the health district at this time.
Of the 104 cases in Kitsap, 26 are in South Kitsap, 22 are in North Kitsap, 28 are in Bremerton, 18 are in Central Kitsap and 10 are on Bainbridge Island.
The age breakdown for confirmed infections is as follows:
0-19: 4 (4 percent)
20-29: 15 (14 percent)
30-39: 10 (10 percent)
40-49: 22 (21 percent)
50-59: 25 (24 percent)
60-69: 15 (14 percent)
70-79: 9 (9 percent)
80+: 4 (4 percent)
