PORT ORCHARD — Waterfront Park and its parking lot were rocking this weekend with spinning cages, a mini-rollercoaster, carnival games and cotton candy at the returning Fathoms O’ Fun Festival Carnival.
The carnival, once a staple of Fathoms summers in Port Orchard, returned after an absence of a few years. The rollicking fun ends Sunday night, July 9.
