While groceries, toilet paper and hand sanitizer are flying off grocery store shelves, amid concern over a rapidly escalating outbreak of COVID-19, one local business is offering to deliver pet food to nearby residences.

Country Pet Shoppe (in Kingston) is now offering delivery to residents in the Hansville, Kingston, Indianola and Gamblewood neighborhoods via its website countrypetshoppe.com.

“With many elderly residents staying closer to home to minimize exposure to the COVID-19 virus, we want to help make sure our neighbors have access to the foods and supplies their pets depend on,” said owner Stephanie Stebbing.

Country Pet Shoppe is located at 11132 NE 2nd St. in Kingston.
