Kitsap County road crews will be working all week (July 13-17) to do chip sealing on a number of county roadways in South Kitsap.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane in the immediate vicinity of the work, according to the county’s public works office.
Flaggers will direct motorists through the work area. Delays up to 10 minutes can be expected where the road work is being done.Dates and locations of work this week include:

NW Cascade crews are finishing roadway restoration work along Colchester, Main Street and Spring Avenue in Manchester as part of the Phase 1 Manchester Stormwater Retrofit. Delays should be minimal, official said.
Nordland Construction crews soon will begin Phase 2 of the project. In this work phase, crews are constructing a new stormwater outfall structure adjacent to the Port of Manchester Boat Launch, including a new fixed pier that provides access to the floating pier at the park.
The work will limit access to a portion of Pomeroy Park and minimally delay traffic to the Port of Manchester parking lot and boat launch. This work is expected to continue through September, the department said.
