— Third-degree Theft: A 33-year-old Kitsap woman was busted for shoplifting at the Kohl’s store at the Kitsap mall on July 13.
— Fourth-degree Assault/Domestic Violence: A 35-year-old Kitsap man had a criminal complaint filed against him for beating his girlfriend. The alleged incident took place on or about August 11.
— Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Distribute: A 35-year-old Kitsap man was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance — in this case methamphetamine — with intent to distribute.
— Indecent Exposure (Felony): A 36-year-old Kitsap County man was arrested and charged with felony indecent exposure. This was at least the second time this individual had been charged with exposure.
— Criminal Trespass: A 20-year-old Kitsap woman was arrested and had a criminal complaint filed against her for criminal trespass.
— Fugitive from Justice: A 23-year-old Oregon man was arrested for being a fugitive from justice. He had committed an unnamed crime in Oregon and was captured and arrested in Kitsap County on August 16.
— Malicious Mischief: A Kitsap man was arrested and charged on August 11 with third-degree malicious mischief, a gross misdemeanor, for destroying the property of another individual.
— Trafficking in Stolen Goods: A 23-year-old Kitsap man was arrested and charged with felony trafficking in stolen goods in the second degree.
— Possession of a Controlled Substance: A 25-year-old man was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
— Residential Burglary With Special Allegation of Domestic Violence: 25-year-old Kitsap man was arrested and charged with felony residential burglary for breaking into his former partner’s home.
— Reckless Endangerment Special Allegation of Domestic Violence: A 31-year-old Kitsap County man was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment when he attacked his girlfriend.
— Third-degree Theft: A 26-year-old Kitsap man faces a criminal complaint for stealing property from another man.
— Driving With License Suspended (Third Degree) A 29-year-old Shelton man was arrested and charged with a criminal complaint on Aug. 13 for driving with his license suspended.
— Car Prowls: A 32-year-old Kitsap County was arrested on August 16 for conducting a series of car prowls.
— Additional Car Prowls: An 18-year-old man was arrested August 13 on one count of car prowling, and a second count of being a minor and exhibiting evidence of liquor intoxication in a public place.
— Assault/Domestic Viiolence: A 25-year-old man was charged with fourth-degree assault with a special allegation of domestic violence for attacking his partner.
