Sentences handed out in Port Orchard Municipal Court:
• Daniel Henri Joseph, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 12 of disorderly conduct and displaying a weapon. He was sentenced to 90 days with all 90 days suspended on the disorderly conduct charge and 365 days in jail with 351 suspended on the weapons charge; fined $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended on the disorderly conduct charge and $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on the weapons charge; and given two years probation.
• Justin Trumaine Hamilton, of Bremerton, was convicted on May 12 of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 352 days suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.
• Gregory Martin Hatt, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 12 of third-degree malicious mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.
• Angel Marie Koehler, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 13 of fourth-degree assault and violating a civil harassment order. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 days suspended on both charges, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on both charges and given two years probation.
• Kenneth Lee Ricks, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 12 of possessing marijuana. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.
• Darryl Diaz, of Bremerton, was convicted on May 20 of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.
• Matthew Charles Ferguson, of Port Orchard, was convicted on May 19 of first-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

Actions
The Health Provisions Quality Assurances Office (HPQA) of the Washington State Department of Health has revoked or suspended the licenses, certifications or registrations of the following healthcare providers in Kitsap County:
• In April 2008 the Registered Counselor Program granted the application of registered counselor applicant Jamie R. Wright (RC00058256) and placed her license on probation with terms and conditions for three years. She was convicted of possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). She is also known as Jamie Rayola Wilson.
• In April 2008 the Board of Physical Therapy suspended the license of Kelly Campo (PT00006092). Campo developed an intimate relationship with a patient.
• In April 2008 the Massage Program suspended the credential of Elaine L. Hernandez (MA00013169). Hernandez was convicted of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.
• In April 2008, the Nursing Assistant Program charged nursing assistant Carl T. Carter (NC10101727) with unprofessional conduct. He allegedly failed to comply with previous terms and conditions set against his license.
• In April 2008 the Nursing Assistant Program charged nursing assistant applicant Wanda F. Howell (NA001727) with unprofessional conduct. She was convicted of theft and allegedly failed to respond to department inquiries regarding the conviction.
• In April 2008 the Nursing Assistant Program charged Ranella Hall (NC10075248) with unprofessional conduct. She was convicted of theft on more than one occasion, assault and unlawful issuance of a bank draft or check. She also allegedly failed too respond to department inquiries regarding the convictions.
• In May 2008 the Nursing Assistant Program denied the application of nursing assistant applicant Devon L. Williams (NA00199333). He was convicted of possession of stolen property and reckless burning and failed to respond to department inquiries regarding the convictions. He cannot reapply for 10 years.
