HOOD CANAL — Both lanes of the Hood Canal Bridge were blocked due to a vehicle crash at 3:28 p.m. on Dec. 23, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation website.

A webcam showed traffic quickly backing up on the west side of the bridge, shortly after the crash.
