Crows are the topic of the next Audubon meeting

The group will hear from John Marzluff, who will speak about "Crows are Mischievous."

The Kitsap Audubon group will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Poulsbo Library, lower level. The public is invited to attend.

The group will hear from John Marzluff, who will speak about “Crows are Mischievous.”

Marzluff is a professor of Wildlife Science at the University of Washington and has written “Gifts of the Crow: How Perception, Emotion, and Thought Allow Smart Birds to Behave Like Humans.”

With his extraordinary research on the intelligence and startling abilities of covids,  crows, ravens, and jays — scientist John Marzluff teams up with artist-naturalist Tony Angell to tell stories of these brilliant birds.
