Detectives with the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a death at a Silverdale apartment complex.

Sergeant Ken Dickinson with Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said it did not appear that the public was in any danger related to the investigation. Dickinson said one individual was found deceased inside the apartment in the 8600 block of Shore Place NW. Another individual was also found in the apartment and transported to a nearby hospital.

“It is a death investigation at this point, and I don’t know whether it will turn criminal or not,” he said.

Dickinson said law enforcement was in the process of conducting an investigation and would release more details as they became available.
