KINGSTON — Two issues caused the Edmonds-Kingston ferry service to be suspended for less than an hour Dec. 1.
“We were having issues with the operability of the dock and crews reported problems with the rudder on the Walla Walla,” Washington State Ferry spokeswoman Marta Coursey wrote to the Herald. She did not specify which dock had issues.
“Both issues have been resolved and service has resumed,” she wrote.
The Edmonds-Kingston ferry route returned to service at about 2 p.m., Dec. 1. The service was suspended for about 30 minutes.
