PORT ORCHARD — The City of Port Orchard is hosting a public open house Nov. 15 on proposed design standards that will apply to new development and redevelopment within the city.

The meeting will take place from 6-8 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at City Hall, 216 Prospect St., Port Orchard.
