The Bremerton Elks Lodge #1181 will host an Elks Soccer Shoot from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sun., Sept. 8 at the Elks Lodge at 4131 Pine Rd., Bremerton.

This event is for all youth of Kitsap County up to age 13 as of Aug. 1.

There is a five goal contest for ages 9 and under. The contestant will shoot at goals of various width; the narrower the goal the higher the score.

For ages 10 to 13 there is a grid goal contest. A regulation sized goal is divided up into grids and each grid has a point value.

The winners will advance to the Washington State Elks Association State Soccer Shoot on Oct. 20 at the Bremerton Elks Lodge #1181.
