Eugene “Gene” F. Cook passed away April 12 at Martha and Mary Health Care after a long illness.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 12 at First Lutheran Church in Poulsbo.

Following the service, there will be a reception in the Christian Center, which will include a video montage of Gene’s life.

A Celebration of Life potluck will be on June 2, beginning at 2 p.m. at the Poulsbo Sons of Norway.

Please bring a dish to celebrate Gene’s life and share a story or two. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gene’s name may be made to Martha and Mary Health Services in Poulsbo or to the Poulsbo Sons of Norway, Lodge No. 2-44.
