A blood drive scheduled for Monday was canceled because of mechanical problems with the mobile lab.

The Puget Sound Blood Center had two openings scheduled at the Bremerton Transportation Center, but Greg Supancheck, donor representative for the center, said the generator on the bus had failed.

The next drive is scheduled for May 27 at the transportation center.
