KINGSTON — The final suspect in a night of pranking that left two people with welts from Airsoft pellets fired from a car has agreed to 60 months of pretrial diversion.

On March 13, Brandyn Winkley received the same sentence three other defendants received in separate court cases earlier this year: Former Miss Viking Fest Jasmine Campbell, Dietrich Rios-Nicolaisen, George C. Hill III. The defendants also were ordered to perform community service.

If they don’t get in trouble in the next 60 months, charges of fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft and third-degree attempted theft will be dropped.

Two teen boys involved in the case each received a year of probation and 116 hours of community service after pleading guilty Oct. 6.

According to the investigator’s Statement of Probable Cause, the group fired Airsoft rifles from Campbell’s car in the Central Market parking lot and in the Walmart parking lot June 15. Two people struck by pellets said “the pellets hurt and left bruises and red marks that lasted several days,” according to the investigator’s report.

The group also ordered food at a fast-food restaurant and left without paying for it. They also received an extra meal at another fast-food restaurant after one defendant got out of the car, ran by the takeout window and grabbed the order out of the attendant’s hands. The restaurant gave the defendants an extra meal, thinking their order had been stolen.

Rios-Nicolaisen filmed the incidents for a video he posted on YouTube, titled, “A night of fun in Kitsap Washington,” according to the investigator’s report. The video was removed after Campbell and Rios-Nicolaisen were arrested July 18.
