An earlier Friday morning fire destroyed a 26-foot motor, boat and trailer, and camping trailer, according to Captain Nathan Post of the South Kitsap Fire and Rescue.

Post said SKFR crews responded to the fire around 4 a.m. at the west end of Division Street. When they arrived, crews found flames impinging on power lines and a live wire fell shortly after firefighters arrived.

A van and small garage was exposed to the flame, but suffered minor damages and not home were threatened.

Crews sprayed water and foam from a distance to keep the flames in check until a Puget Sound Energy crew arrived to secure power, said Post.
