POULSBO — Firefighters were called to clean up a fuel spill on the morning of July 30, at Noll Road and Hostmark Street.
The call came in around 9:55 a.m. for a fuel spill that stretched from the east end of Hostmark Street and rounded a corner onto Noll Road, where it headed south. The trail of fluid appeared to lead to a nearby construction site.
The source of the spill is not yet known, nor has the spilled substance been identified. Clean-up crews with the Poulsbo Fire Department guessed that it might be something other than fuel, such as hydraulic fluid.
