PORT ORCHARD — Five road projects undertaken by Kitsap County work crews will affect traffic over the next week.

These ongoing projects are as follows:

NE Fairgrounds Road — Expect significant delays in the immediate vicinity of work at NW Lopez, NE Silver Pine and Woodridge Lane NW, according to the county public works department. Drivers should use alternate routes when possible.

Central Valley Road — Expect significant delays near the work at NW Lopez Lane and NE Brookdale Lane.

John Carlson Road — The road is closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, between SR 303 and Lazy S Lane NE.

NE Kingston Road — Access is restricted to one lane from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Moderate delays of 5 to 10 minutes can be expected.

Hansville Road NE — Shoulder work resumes, weather permitting, on the road between Bayberry and 360th Street NE. Flaggers will direct traffic through the work area. Expect short delays of around five minutes in the immediate vicinity of the work.

Crews will be cleaning up storm debris and other maintenance activities outside the driving lanes, public works department officials said. This work may cause short delays, usually less than five minutes, in the immediate vicinity of the work.
