Sentences handed out in Port Orchard Municipal Court:

• Lucas Christopher Quade-Jackson, of Port Orchard, was convicted on April 27 of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• George Paul Schmidt Jr., of Port Orchard, was convicted on April 27 of second-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition-interlock device. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended on the DWLS charge and 90 days with all 90 suspended on the ignition-intelock device charge; fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on the DWLS charge and $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended on the ignition-interlock device charge; and given two years probation.

• Eric Lamont Anderson, of Port Orchard, was convicted on April 26 of being a minor intoxicated in a public place and second-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended on the intoxication charge and 90 days with 80 suspended on trespass charge; fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended on the intoxication charge and $1,000 with all $1,000 suspended on the trespassing charge; and given two years probation.

• Joshua Nathan Golding, of Bremerton, was convicted on April 27 of third-degree driving with a suspended license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.

• Jason William McEdward, of Silverdale, was convicted on April 27 of third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 275 suspended, fined $5,000 with $4,150 suspended and given two years probation.

• Amanda Diane O’Neal, of Port Orhard, was convicted on April 27 of third-degree driving with a suspended license. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended, fined $1,000 with $400 suspended and given two years probation.

License Actions

The Health Provisions Quality Assurances Office (HPQA) of the Washington State Department of Health has revoked or suspended the licenses, certifications or registrations of the following healthcare providers in Kitsap County:

• In March 2010 the Nursing Assistant Program vacated a prior order, granted the reactivation application of Sharley R. Shore (NA00031810), and placed her registration on probation for three years. She was convicted of welfare fraud and two counts of false verification of welfare form. She must comply with terms and conditions set against her registration.

• In March 2010 the Health Care Assistant Program terminated the order of probation against Liana C. Campos (HC60001664).

• Air Force Airman Mark Kelvin C. Nunez graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Cesar and Rosalina Nunez of Port Orchard and a 2008 graduate of South Kitsap High School.

• Air Force Airman Brandon M. Elliott graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Susan Elliott of Olalla.
