SANTAS TO SENIORS NEEDED

Home Instead Senior Care is sponsoring a community service project called “Be a Santa to a Senior.”

The purpose of the program is to positively impact the community by providing Christmas cheer to seniors who are least likely to receive a present during the Christmas season. Many of whom are lonely, financially challenged or in a nursing home and may otherwise not enjoy the Christmas spirit. Although community support for the program has been strong thus far, Home Instead Senior Care is still in need of many more gifts for seniors in need.

To sponsor a senior this holiday season, call (360) 782-4663. A senior will be assigned as well as information on their favorite colors, sizes or favorite pastimes to help with a gift selection.

Donations also are accepted in place of gifts and can be sent to Home Instead Senior Care, 840 Callahan Dr., Suite C, Bremerton, WA 98311.
