The trial date for Gabriel Z. Gaeta has been set for Jan. 11, 2016 at 9 a.m., according to a document from the Superior Court of Washington County of Kitsap.

In the document, Gaeta signed that he understood he had a right to a trial by July 1, 2015, but that he waived that right and agreed to a new commencement date of Dec. 1, 2015, with the last allowable date for a trial being Jan 31, 2016.
