POULSBO — Gisele Maheu passed away April 9 at her home in Poulsbo. She was 75. She was born on Nov. 28, 1936 in Canada.

She is survived by her children, Christiane Maheu of Port Hadlock and Robert Maheu (Vicki) of Kingston; brother, Roger Montpetit of Montreal, Canada; grandchildren, Stephanie Branca (Gary) of Seattle, Mathew Schaff of Port Hadlock, and Eliana, Samuel and Danielle Maheu of Kingston. She also leaves behind many loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Philippe Louis Maheu, five siblings and her parents.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Recitation of the Rosary on April 16, 10:30 a.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Poulsbo. A reception will follow in the church hall.

Memorial contributions preferred to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
