Hello! I am Ellie (intake 13641). I am a spayed black lab/shepherd mix and am 7 years old. I’m a very energetic dog who enjoys having a lot of room to run. I love to spend most of my time outside chasing tennis balls and toys.

I love children and I enjoy to be challenged. I am very good with learning new tricks and I already have a few up my sleeve.

I love food, however, so it’s a downer that I have a food allergy. I can’t eat anything with corn or flour so I need a little extra supervision. I am very eager to be an active member of the household. I may do some digging in the backyard if I’m left alone for long periods.

I come from a very wonderful family that didn’t have enough room for me to play. I am potty trained and I will let you know when I have to go outside by pacing back and forth in front of the door. I love to be near my owner. I am a huge teddy bear and I need a family willing to play, cuddle and love me. I would love to go home with you today and start our life-long relationship.
