The YWCA of Kitsap County will be hosting a retirement celebration in honor of Linda K. Joyce today. Joyce served as the YWCA’s executive director for nearly 20 years. Come celebrate her achievements from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m at the Norm Dicks Government Center in Bremerton.
