Keyport community prepares for emergencies

Gene Warden, 65 of Keyport, cuts planks of wood for the construction of two small sheds that will house medical supplies and disaster kits. Each shed will be placed on opposite sides of the Keyport community for use in case of an emergency. Warden and other community members are working on the Keyport Disaster Plan, a way for residents to be prepared in the event of an earthquake or other natural disaster.
