Kingston High School junior Josh Bell has been accepted to attend the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. this summer. The 10-day program, sponsored by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council, allows students from across the nation to interact with members of the government and the national press. Upon completion, students are eligible to receive two college credits from George Mason University in Virginia.
