Rebecca Lantz has been named “Employee of the First Quarter” of 2014, announce Kitsap Bank last week.

Lantz joined the Deposit Support Department in April 2013, where she currently works.

She previously worked at Bethel and Lund as a financial service specialist and prior to that was a teller. She is receiving this award for her excellent customer service, her outstanding job performance and for demonstrating exceptional teamwork.

“Rebecca has quickly become a key team member to her department,” stated Tony George, President and Chief Operating Officer. “Her experience of having worked in a branch prior to joining the Deposit Support team allows her to not only answer questions with accuracy, but also provide the background on the reason for the answer.  She is a true asset to the Deposit Support Department and Kitsap Bank.”
