“We have a family with a premature baby that has moved into one of our housing units, and while we have blankets for the adults who are sleeping on the floor, we have no crib for the baby,” KCR Housing Director Darlene Cook said. “That is not a humane, healthy or safe way to live.”

To donate items, contact Paul Haney at (360) 377-0053 or at 1201 Park Ave., Bremerton.

KCR is a non-profit corporation established in 1967 to meet the needs of children, families and the homeless.
