He said his partner had seen it for sale in Facebook Marketplace out of Tacoma. They pretended to be interested in buying it, and planned to meet in Olalla. When they talked the victim said the tractor had three unique features of the one he had stolen. The bucket and backhoe are black and the roof white-gray, along with a rebar welded step.

His fanny pack included a gun and meth. The suspect, who was “sweating profusely,” is a convicted felon not allowed to have weapons. Engraved on the gun were the words, “Peace Maker.”
Woman stole items from parked vehicle
A 26-year-old Kingston woman was in Superior Court March 3 facing charges of theft and possession of stolen property.
She faces five years in prison and $10,000 in fines on each charge.
Court documents show Bremerton police responded Feb. 28 at 8:04 a.m. to the 2000 block of 11th Street regarding a vehicle prowl. The reporting party, the daughter of the victim, said she took a photo of the suspect’s vehicle and license plate as it left. They reviewed security footage and saw a woman about 35 with puffy blonde hair take items from the vehicle. She pulled a hood up over her head to avoid detection.
The suspect vehicle’s owner told officers the name of the woman, who was staying at a nearby Airbnb. She said the vehicle’s owner asked her to get the items out of his sister’s car. She said he wasn’t man enough to do it himself. He said, however, that he doesn’t have a sister and he was just looking after the woman for a friend who was in prison.
