The Kitsap County Council for Human Rights and the Board of County Commissioners are currently accepting nominations for the 2009 Wall of Fame Recognition Awards.

Award recipients will be recognized at the 19th Annual Kitsap County Human Rights Conference, scheduled for Dec. 4.

These annual awards recognize individuals, groups and organizations in the community who have made long-term or significant contributions to human rights efforts in Kitsap County. Awards are made in four categories — youth, adult, program/organization and lifetime achievement.
