The Kitsap Humane Society (KHS) has several gift ideas that truly are the gift that keeps on giving.
Not only does a gift from the Kitsap Humane Society help support the thousands of animals that are rescued and re-homed each year, but it’s a gift that any animal lover will enjoy.
For a limited time, Kitsap Humane Society is offering Pet Training Bundles. Each bundle includes three private training sessions of your choice with a trained behaviorist. Classes address a variety of behavioral issues, including a lesson to help the overly enthusiastic four-legged greeter who tends to jump on guests when they reach the door, or a leash-focused lesson on handling distractions making a walk, well, a walk in the park. Price per bundle is $99.

KHS’s 2014 calendar features six KHS pets that have been adopted as well as the pets of the six winning bidders at this year’s Animal Krackers dinner and auction. Calendars can be purchased for $15 each (plus tax) online at www.kitsap-humane.org or at KHS. Online orders can be shipped directly to you or picked up at KHS.
Gift certificates are a way to spread cheer. Do you know someone who is looking to adopt a pet next year? This gift can be applied to adoption fees or any accessories a new pet might need.
