The League of Women Votes of Kitsap County present a ballot issues forum at 7 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Silverdale Community Center, 9729 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale.

Initiatives on the November ballot will be discussed including I-985, transportation issues; I-1000, Death with Dignity; and I-1029, long-term care services.
