Kevaughn Harvey, a third-grader at Hidden Creek Elementary School, placed third in the 42nd annual Elks West District Basketball Shoot-Off on Jan. 25 at Bremerton Elks Lodge No. 1181.

Harvey, who competed in the 8-9 boys division, finished with shooting 60 percent from the floor.
