Local roller derby league, Northwest Derby Company, will be hosting a double-header on Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Northwest Derby Company is Kitsap County’s only adult roller derby league and is a nonprofit run by volunteers. The league began back in January 2012 and belongs to the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for the double-header with the first whistle occurring at 5 p.m.
