It looks like summer’s finally here — must be August.

Temperatures Monday hit 93 degrees on Bain-bridge Island as residents were out and about swimming, boating and paddle boarding, among many other outdoor activities.

It stayed warm through the week, and it looks like next week will be more of the same, although not quite as hot.

The weather forecast expects temperatures to be in the upper 70s at least through next weekend.
