This Saturday will see the return of a time-honored Poulsbo tradition, the 106th Lutefisk Dinner at Poulsbo’s First Lutheran Church will bring visitors from near and far.
The menu for the evening will consist of meatballs, potatoes, lefse, salad, krumkake, sherbet and — of course — Scandinavia’s favorite lye-cured fish, lutefisk. Lefse and pickled herring will be for sale at the event as well for anyone hoping to bring a little Scandinavia home with them.
Guest seating will begin at 11:40 a.m. Oct. 20, with additional seating times occurring every 20 minutes until 3:40 p.m. Admission is $25 for adults, $5 for children under 12.
The Poulsbo First Lutheran Church is located at 18920 4th Avenue NE. Available tickets will be sold at the door and designated parking will be available for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
