The City of Bremerton Parks & Recreation Department held a grand reopening of Manette Park on Saturday, April 20.

Improvements to the park include accessible pathways, children’s playground, sport court, picnic shelter, upgraded sports field lighting and landscaping.

“The Manette community did a lot of work to help raise money,” Bremerton Mayor Greg Wheeler said about the re-opening of the park at a city council meeting last Wednesday.
