GORST – One person was killed in a four-vehicle traffic collision on eastbound State Route 16 Nov. 19.
According to the Washington State Patrol, was severely backed-up in the area and WSP advises drivers to avoid the area until the scene can be processed.
The road is now open but traffic is still high and moving slowly. Drive with caution as responders are still working in the area.
“Alcohol and cars kill,” stated a post on the WSP Twitter account for Trooper Russ Winger. “The causing driver in Gorst collision arrested and will be booked for vehicular homicide.”
