Town & Country Market in Poulsbo has completed facility upgrades, showcasing a new fresh prep counter, community kitchen, and opening of its Field House market-to-table restaurant Nov. 1.
Plans for additional Field House locations are in the works for next year, including the T&C on Bainbridge Island.
The revitalized Poulsbo market layout responded to customer feedback and analysis of flow to enhance shopper experience, a news release states.
The two initial Field House openings were at T&C locations in Mill Creek and Lakemont this fall. The grocery retailer collaborated with local restaurateur Ethan Stowell to craft the menus featuring items from T&C’s markets, giving customers the chance to have a meal they can recreate at home.
“We’re proud to be at the forefront of crafting a holistic market experience that elevates how we serve our guests,” T&C CEO Ryan Ritter said.
The fresh prep counter offers an array of ingredients designed to streamline meal prep and inspire recipes, per the release. The market’s community kitchen will host tasting events and can be reserved for food-centric gatherings, and will serve as a creative hub for T&C’s culinary team to develop and test new recipes and ideas.
“We believe these new additions in Poulsbo will ignite joy and discovery in our shoppers,” said Susan Allen, executive brand development director of T&C.
