BREMERTON — Phil Shaffer of Bremerton will be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune Monday, May 30. He is a nuclear machinist for the U.S. Navy and is currently stationed on USS Nimitz. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his three-year-old daughter.

A huge fan of “Wheel,” he began watching with his grandmother and now enjoys watching every night with his wife. Phil hopes to use his winnings to start a college fund for his daughter. When he heard the Wheelmobile would be rolling into Everett, he jumped at the chance to audition to be a contestant.

The game show airs weeknights on KOMO-TV at 7 p.m.
