The trial will be held on the old baseball field. Spectators are welcome, but only entered dogs are allowed. There will also be several Vendors selling doggie and people goods at the site. RELAY FOR LIFE: The Kingston Lumber Relay For Life Team is having a garage sale in the Kingston Lumber parking lot on July 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All of the money raised goes to The Relay For Life for The American Cancer Society.

CHURCH PRESENTATION: Rafiki missionaries from Nigeria will be at Poulsbo’s First Lutheran Church July 13. Gretchen Peterson will bring the message at the 8, 9 and 11 a.m. worship services. Dave Peterson will narrate a power point presentation on Nigeria at 10:15 a.m. in the Social Hall.

MONDAY 14

VBS: Bayside Community Church will be hosting vacation Bible school for all children, grades kindergarten through sixth, on July 14-18. Classes will start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. Register by calling (360) 297-2000.

PARKS AND REC CAMP: A Poulsbo Park & Recreation Summer day camp for ages 7-11 will take a journey around the world beginning the week of July 14. The focus of this camp will be having fun while giving children the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build friendships as they work together with their peers. In addition to daily swimming at the Poulsbo pool, free movies at Regal Cinemas and traditional camp games like capture the flag; campers will experience weekly theme-based activities such as crafts and games. NK GOP MEETING: The North Kitsap Republican Women will have their regular monthly meeting on July 15 at the North Kitsap Fire Station on Miller Bay Road in Kingston at 11:30 a.m. Guests will be Mark Lowe and Larry Cooney, candidates for state representative from the 23rd Legislative District, Tim Matthes, running for county commissioner in the 2nd Commissioner District and Bruce Danielson non-partisan race for Superior Court and Tim Ford, non-partisan race for Court of Appeals. BLOOD DRIVE: Puget Sound Blood Center’s Blood Mobile will be accepting blood donations July 18 at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort from noon until 6 p.m., with a brief break between 3-4 p.m. for lunch. Anyone who attempts to donate blood will be given a $6 food voucher redeemable at any Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort restaurant venue.

RUMMAGE SALE: The Kingston High School 2009 Grad Night Rummage Sale will be held at the Kingston Thriftway July 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. All proceeds will provide funds for a safe, fun, drug and alcohol free Grad Night event. Bring donations to the Kingston Thriftway July 19 at 7 a.m. or July 16 from 5 p.m. to 7p.m.

BOOK SALE: The Kingston Friends of the Library Booksale will be held July 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kingston Farmers Market.

CLASS REUNION: The North Kitsap High School classes of 1992 and 1993 will be hosting a joint 15-year reunion July 19. The event will begin with a family picnic (potluck style) at Buck Lake in the afternoon and then an adults-only gathering at the Clearwater Casino in Suquamish will be held that evening.
