The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) and the Washington State Patrol found nothing suspicious at Olympic High School after a bomb threat was discovered just after 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Law enforcement received a 911 call at 11:17 a.m. concerning graffiti written on the wall of a handicapped stall in a men’s restroom at the school, according to Deputy Scott Wilson, KCSO spokesman. Wilson said the graffiti stated a bomb would explode at 2:30 p.m. in an undisclosed location. The scrawl contained the words, “Guess where?”

The school’s students and staff were evacuated to Silverdale Stadium at about 12:15 p.m., said Central Kitsap School District spokesman David Beil.

The Washington State Patrol bomb squad and KCSO officials searched the school for explosives. After a thorough search, the school premises was determined to be clear of suspicious objects/explosive devices, according to Wilson.

School was dismissed at its normal time of 2:37 p.m. Law enforcement cleared the scene at 4:45 p.m.
