Whether it was a long standing personnel matter or not, the details of his sudden departure came as a shock to the community — worst of all, they came as a shock to Jim.
Santa Claus will have no trouble spotting North Kitsap this year as numerous homes are providing beacons bright enough to rival Rudolph’s red nose. The result has been nothing short of magnificent.
HANSVILLE — No one could have embraced the spirit of volunteerism more than Bob Burch.
After 12 years of giving to the community through various venues, Burch died Dec. 11. He was 85.
