In Poulsbo, locals will be walking, running, skating, biking and riding to fight Cystic Fibrosis during the annual Great Strides Walk-A-Thon. Also in Little Norway is Armstrong Fitness University’s Miracle Mile to help cancer research. Toss in the Poulsbo Garden Club’s annual plant sale and it’s easy to see that North Kitsap residents can get fit, help the planet, their neighbors, and honor the past commitments of their friends all in one swoop.

May 8 may never be the same again.
