He’s crazy,

He’s crazy,

she’s crazy

A sheriff’s deputy responded to an apartment in the 2600 block of NE Athens Way in Bremerton shortly before 10 p.m. May 17 for a report of a man outside screaming at a woman, “I’m going to shoot you.” The man then ran away from the apartment complex.

The 45-year-old Bremerton woman told the deputy the 36-year-old man got in her face and is crazy. She said he left her 20 voicemails and she thinks he’s stalking her. She said he threw a rock at her front door, denting it. She opened the door, swung a baseball bat at him and he left on foot.

A deputy located the man at Fred Meyer on State Route 303 in East Bremerton. The man denied throwing a rock and said the woman is crazy.

The man was arrested and booked into jail for escape from community custody and second-degree malicious mischief. His bail is set at $10,000.

‘Dumd’ vandal

A 22-year-old Bremerton woman contacted the sheriff’s office shortly before 4:30 p.m. May 14 to report vandalism to her vehicle.

The woman said she parked her silver car in the parking lot of her apartment complex, located in the 1600 block of West Admiralty Heights Lane in Bremerton, the night before and when she went out to her car that morning, someone had used a sharp object and keyed “(expletive deleted) you dumd (expletive deleted)” on the trunk area of the vehicle.

Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $620.

You smoke my last cig?

A sheriff’s deputy responded to a home in the 4400 block of Panther Lake Road West in Bremerton around 1:30 a.m. May 17 for a report of a physical assault.

A 19-year-old Bremerton man called police saying he was hit in the head with a wine glass by his half-sister and then she ran into the woods with a knife.

The man told the deputy his 28-year-old half-sister was upset because she thought he smoked her last cigarette. He said they argued, he called her a name and then she told him he was going to pay and hit him in the back of the head with the wine glass.

The woman was found hiding in the woods. She was arrested and booked into jail for fourth-degree assault. She was later released.
