PORT ORCHARD — Thomas B. Hedrick Jr., 21, of Poulsbo is charged in Kitsap County Superior Court with second- and third-degree assault.
According to the report, on July 15 Hedrick was celebrating his 21st birthday. While at a residence, he was asked to leave after acting disrespectfully, and several witnesses saw him drive away.
