POULSBO — Austin J. Hudson, 21, of Poulsbo, is charged in Kitsap County Superior Court with residential burglary and second-degree trafficking in stolen property.

On April 20, the victim reported the theft to the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office. According to the report, Hudson had been staying with the victim, a relative, where there is a no-contact order in place. The relative reported Hudson and his girlfriend were living there when they stole items from the house — two chainsaws ($800), laptop ($700), space heater ($200) — according to the report.

The deputy located the stolen property at Pawn Pros shop in Bremerton.

Hudson was booked into Kitsap County Jail on $20,000 bail.
