POULSBO — A cold front and much colder air aloft will move into the region beginning late Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning, bringing mountain snow to the Olympics and Cascades, and possibly lowland snow to Western Washington, the Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management reports.
A second set of systems will affect the region through much of next week, bringing significant precipitation that will result in mountain snow, a renewed threat of lowland snow, and the potential for rises on some area rivers late in the week.
