Rep. Young to host town halls Feb. 17

26th District state representative to appear at four district locations.

OLYMPIA — Both 26th Legislative District state representatives will be hosting town hall meetings on Feb. 17.

State Rep. Jesse Young, R-Gig Harbor, will host four town halls throughout the district on Feb. 17.

Young, a Republican legislator, has scheduled sessions at the following times and locations:

— Gig Harbor, 9-11 a.m.: City Hall Council Chambers, 3510 Grandview Dr.

Port Orchard, 12:30-2:30 p.m.: City Hall Council Chambers, 216 Prospect St.

— Bremerton, 4-6 p.m.: Norm Dicks Building Council Chambers, 345 Sixth St.

— Vaughn, 7-9 p.m.: Key Peninsula Civic Center Whitmore Room, 17010 Vaughn Road.

Attendees are encouraged to ask Young questions or offer concerns, his office stated, especially about the ongoing 2018 legislative session.

The district’s other House legislator, state Rep. Michelle Caldier, will host two town hall meetings of her own on Feb. 17.

They include::

— Port Orchard, 10-11:30 a.m.: Kitsap County Commissioners Office, 4th Floor, 619 Division St.

— Gig Harbor, 2-3:30 p.m.: Gig Harbor Civic Center Council Chambers, 3510 Grandview St.
