The Kitsap Sea Hawkers Booster Club will host a kick-off rally on Aug. 30 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. hosted at Tommy C’s Sports Bar and Grille. The event will be at 1501 Piperberry Way SE in Port Orchard and is family friendly.
